All work is performed through our centrally managed Windows 2003 Terminal Server
- Bookkeepers do not store files on their local computers
- We maintain a business class Cisco PIX Firewall
- VPN authentication is required before our Terminal Server can be accessed over the internet
Secured Socket Layer Certificate
We maintain a SSL certificate with Network Solutions in order to provide a verified, trusted website using Secured Socket Layer technology for access to our Online File Cabinet (128-bit encryption)
Disaster Recovery
- Data is centrally stored on redundant hard drives
- Servers are backed up daily
- Backup copies are rotated off-site routinely
